     Richard Deaver, son of John Deaver and Hannah (?),, was born circa 1687.1 Richard Deaver was the son of John Deaver and Hannah (?).1 Richard Deaver married Mary (?) circa 1707.2 On 30 March 1713 John Deaver and Hannah (?) conveyed land consisting of a 93 acre portion of "Deaver's Endeavor", which as part of "Broken Islands" to Richard Deaver at Baltimore County, Maryland.3 On 20 November 1729 John Deaver and Hannah (?) conveyed land consisting of a 20 acre portion of "Deaver's Endeavor" to Richard Deaver at Baltimore County, Maryland.4 Before 5 February 1741 Richard Deaver obtained a land patent for consisting of land known as "Stoney Ridge" and "Addition to Stoney Ridge" at Baltimore County, Maryland.5 On 5 February 1741 Richard Deaver conveyed land consisting of 100 acres known as "Stoney Ridge" and 50 acres known as "Addition to Stoney Ridge" to either Roger Perryman of Cecil County at Baltimore County, Maryland.6 On 29 June 1745 Richard Deaver and Mary (?) conveyed land consisting of a 170 acres portion of "Turkey Hills" and a portion of "Strawberry Hills" to Daniel Deaver at Baltimore County, Maryland.7 On 15 October 1746 Richard Deaver and Mary (?) conveyed land consisting of 133 acres known as "Broken Islands", where James Lee lived, to Jacob Giles and Co at Baltimore County, Maryland.8

     Ann Delap was born circa 1687.2 As of before 1706,her married name was Love.1 She married William Love before 1706.1 Ann Delap appears to have retained 200 acres called "Come By Chance" upon her husband's death circa 1712 at Baltimore County, Maryland.3 As of circa 1712,her married name was McComas.2,4,1 She married John McComas, son of Daniel MacComus and Elizabeth (?), circa 1712.2,4,1 On 9 June 1726 Ann Delap and John McComas conveyed land consisting of a 20 acre portion of "Come By Chance", originally purchased by Ann's first husband, William Love, to William Bradford, in exchange for a 20 acre portion of "Enlargement" at Baltimore County, Maryland.5 On 6 June 1728 Ann Delap and John McComas conveyed land consisting of a 80 acre portion of "Come By Chance", now know as "Ruff's Enlargement", to Richard Ruff at Baltimore County, Maryland.6 On 5 September 1731 Ann Delap and John McComas conveyed land consisting of a 1 acre portion of "Come By Chance" to Issac Webster for use as a mill at Baltimore County, Maryland.7 On 7 November 1739 Ann Delap, now a widow, sold land consisting of a 1 acre portion of "Come By Chance" to William Bradford on 7 November 1739 at Baltimore County, Maryland.7 She was named an executrix of the estate of John McComas dated 24 June 1740.8 On 10 December 1741 Ann Delap conveyed land consisting of a 98 acre portion of "Come By Chance" to William McComas and Alexander McComas, her children, at Baltimore County, Maryland. Also mentioned were her children Daniel McComas, Mary McComas and Ann McComas.9 Ann Delap died in December 1741.10,1
