John Deaver was born about 1666.1 He married Hannah about 1686.1 In 1703, John Deaver lived in Baltimore County, Maryland.1 On 5 April 1705, John Deaver had land surveyed known as "Broken Islands" (a 133 acre portion), now known as "Deaver's Endeavor", in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 10 June 1706, John Deaver obtained a land patent known as "Deaver's Endeavor" (133 acres), which was a portion of "Broken Islands", in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 30 March 1713, John Deaver and Hannah sold land to Richard Deaver known as "Deaver's Endeavor" (a 93 acre portion), which was part of "Broken Islands", in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 20 November 1729, John Deaver and Hannah sold land to Richard Deaver known as "Deaver's Endeavor" (a 20 acre portion) in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 3 March 1730, John Deaver and Hannah sold land to Benjamin Jones known as "Turkey Hills" (a 50 acre portion) and a portion of "Strawberry Hills" in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 2 November 1731 John Deaver was a carpenter.2 On 2 November 1731, John Deaver and Hannah sold land to Thomas Deaver known as "Strawberry Hills" (a 200 acre portion) and "Deaver's Addition" (a 17 acre portion) in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 23 November 1731, John Deaver and Hannah sold land to Richard Ruff known as "Deaver's Addition" (a portion) and "Turkey Hills" (a portion) in Baltimore County, Maryland.2

Richard Deaver was born about 1687.1 He married Mary about 1707.2 On 30 March 1713, John Deaver and Hannah sold land known as "Deaver's Endeavor" (a 93 acre portion), which was part of "Broken Islands", in Baltimore County, Maryland, to Richard Deaver.2 On 20 November 1729, John Deaver and Hannah sold land known as "Deaver's Endeavor" (a 20 acre portion) in Baltimore County, Maryland, to Richard Deaver.2 Before 5 February 1741, Richard Deaver obtained a land patent known as "Stoney Ridge" and "Addition to Stoney Ridge" in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 5 February 1741, Richard Deaver sold land to Roger Perryman of Cecil County known as "Stoney Ridge" (100 acres) and "Addition to Stoney Ridge" (50 acres) in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 29 June 1745, Richard Deaver and Mary sold land to Daniel Deaver known as "Turkey Hills" (a 170 acre portion) and a portion of "Strawberry Hills" in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 On 15 October 1746, Richard Deaver and Mary sold land where James Lee lived, to Jacob Giles and Co known as "Broken Islands" (133 acres) in Baltimore County, Maryland.2
