On 8 August 1728, Antil Deaver purchased land known as "Parker's Chance" (1/2 of the tract which consisted of 275 acres) in Baltimore County, Maryland, from John Moale, atty., for Jonathan Forwood of London, England.2 On 5 June 1734, Antil Deaver and Sarah sold land to Nathan Rigbie known as "Parker's Chance" (1/2 of the tract which consisted of 275 acres) in Baltimore County, Maryland.2 He died before 6 December 1770.1
