William Norris was born on 29 March 1749 in Baltimore County, Maryland.1,2 He married Martha Amos on 24 July 1773 in Maryland.1,2 He began military service on 30 September 1775 in Captain William Bradford's Company of the Harford County, Maryland Militia.3,4 In August 1800, William Norris was a member of the grand jury in Harford County, Maryland.3 In March 1803, William Norris served on the petit jury in Harford County, Maryland.3 He died in 1837 in Harford County, Maryland, at age ~88.2

Richard Rhodes, Jr, was born on 1 December 1713 in Madgdalen, Baltimore County, Maryland.1,3 On 11 August 1731, Richard Rhodes, Jr, witnessed the will of Thomas Smithson.1 Richard Rhodes, Jr, married Sarah McComas on 9 February 1739/40 in Baltimore County, Maryland.1,2,3 On 26 April 1762, Richard Rhodes, Jr, was named as an heir in the will of Alexander McComas, to receive 8.14.6 for his wife's portion. The other heirs were Jacob Miles, John Whitaker, Aquila McComas, Elizabeth McComas, Thomas Simmons, and Mary McComas.2 Richard Rhodes, Jr, made a will on 27 February 1767. Sarah McComas, Thomas Rhodes, John Rhodes, Richard Rhodes, Alexander McComas Rhodes, Aquila Rhodes, William Rhodes, Sarah Rhodes, Priscilla Rhodes, and Martha Rhodes were named as heirs. Thomas Simmons was a witness to the will.2 Richard Rhodes, Jr, died between 27 February 1767 and 13 June 1768.2,3

John Hall, Jacob Giles, and Isaac Webster, assignees of Col. Thomas White.8 On 19 May 1746, William McComas and Hannah Deaver sold land known as "Come By Chance" (a 49 acre portion) and "Whitacre's Enlargement" (a 32 acre portion) in Baltimore County, Maryland, to Col. John Hall, Jacob Giles, and Isaac Webster, assignees of Col. Thomas White. This sale appears to be the same as the one executed on Feb. 27, 1746 so perhaps this is just a duplicate recording.8 She died between 1763 and 1766.2

Ann was also known as Ann McComas.1 She was born about 1736.1,2 She married Solomon McComas about 1756.1,3 On 19 July 1760, Solomon McComas and Ann sold land to Daniel McComas known as "Gresham's College" (50 acres) in Baltimore County, Maryland. The land was inherited from Solomon's father, William MacComas. It was sold for 25 pounds of current money. The land borders portions of the same tract owned by Moses MacComas and another portion already owned by Daniel MacComas, as well as Winter's Run. Also mentioned was Moses McComas.4 In 1776, Solomon McComas and Ann lived in Bush River Lower Hundred, Harford County, Maryland.1,2
