William Sterner and she obtained a licence to marry on 9 January 1903 in York County, Pennsylvania.1 She married William Sterner on 11 January 1903 in Spring Grove, York County, Pennsylvania. The wedding was performed by Rev. Grimm.1 She married Jacob Julius Shearer on 26 March 1921 in Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania. The wedding was performed by Reb J.E.B. Rice. Jacob was the first cousin of William Sterner, Rosetta's first husband.2,3 On 26 March 1921 Rosetta L. Kessler was a cook in the private kitchen of the steward of the County Home (resigned 1 Apr 1921.)2 On 26 March 1921, Jacob Julius Shearer and Rosetta L. Kessler lived in Spring Grove, York County, Pennsylvania.2 She died on 3 September 1923 at age 66.

Brillhart in 1883. He married Rosetta L. Kessler on 26 March 1921 in Gettysburg, Adams County, Pennsylvania. The wedding was performed by Reb J.E.B. Rice. Lucinda Shearer was living in the household with parents.2 On 20 August 1880 Jacob Adam Shearer appointed to the executive committee of the "Democratic Citizens of East Berlin"; and was voted one of five permanent member of the committee. IT was later reportted that he was one of several vice presidents in East Berlin, Adams County, Pennsylvania.3,3 In 1880 Jacob Adam Shearer was a farmer.4 He and Harriet Sterner appeared in the census in 1880 in Codorus Township, York County, Pennsylvania.
